Student assistants (m/w/d)

There are three open positions for HiWis:

 

Student assistant position 1
We are looking for a student assistant to support our research work. As part of our research, we are working on high-quality closed-loop recycling of end-of-life vehicles. As part of the project activities, we need support in researching specific topics, e.g. individual component recycling processes or available recycling technologies, and preparing and processing of data in MS Excel.


General conditions

  • Up to 20 hours per week possible
  • Duration: 6 months (one semester), extensions possible
  • 100% remote work possible


Your tasks

  • Supporting in research and project work
  • Literature research on specific topics
  • Data preparation and processing in MS Excel


Skills and qualifications needed

  • Previous knowledge of materials science and recycling desirable
  • Master student preferred
  • Extensive MS Excel skills
  • Literature research skills
  • Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working
  • High level of English or German proficiency

Student assistant position 2
We are looking for a student assistant to support our research work. As part of our research, we are working on developing and evaluating new, sustainable vehicle components. Thereby, we need support in researching and assessing the environmental and economic impact of individual production and recycling processes.


General conditions

  • Up to 20 hours per week possible
  • Duration: 6 months (one semester), extensions possible
  • 100% remote work possible


Your tasks

  • Supporting in research and project work
  • Literature research on specific materials, production and recycling processes
  • Environmental and economic assessment of production and recycling processes


Skills and qualifications needed

  • Literature research skills
  • Previous knowledge of LCA methodology
  • MS Excel skills desirable
  • Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working
  • High level of English or German proficiency
  • Master student preferred

We are looking for a student assistant to support our research work. As part of our research, we are working on developing and evaluating new, sustainable vehicle components. In this context, we need support to conduct life cycle assessment for automotive components and materials as well as EoL strategies.


General conditions

  • Up to 20 hours per week possible
  • Duration: 6 months (one semester), extensions possible
  • 100% remote work possible


Your tasks

  • Supporting in research and project work
  • Literature Review on materials, processes and LCA results
  • Supporting in conducting life cycle assessments


Skills and qualifications needed

  • Literature research skills
  • Previous knowledge of LCA methodology
  • MS Excel skills desirable
  • Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working
  • High level of English or German proficiency
  • Master student preferred
